Notes on Location,

When we finish the notes.  Please read Pages 196 to the top of 198.  Answer the following questions. 

1. Define:  Tenant, Landlord, Gross lease, Net Lease, and Percentage Lease.

2. Pick 5 different businesses/companies.  (One can be yours).  For each one, say where they should locate and why this is a good location.  (You do not need to give specific addresses)

3. If you had money to purchase retail/commercial/industrial space in Surrey now that you want to be worth far more in 20 years.  Where would you buy and why.  Please be specific.
